Reece Restoration is a full-service general contracting company that focuses on the restoration of Victorian historical properties and farm homes.

Our company serves a broad area of central Florida that includes Orange, Seminole, Lake, and Volusia counties. In addition, we do travel to any location in the Southeastern United States if the need arises.

Reece Restoration is a small, specialty building concern. We consider projects from $5,000 to $500,000. The bulk of our work is negotiated and is the result of referral. On some special projects, we will participate in a competitive bidding process.

Our expertise is centered around historic and adaptive restoration but we also build new customized construction, remodeling projects, and consider other specialized projects such as themed construction for restaurants and theme park scenery.
