hot-set.com is the web site of Hot Set Productions which is the parent company of Reece Restoration. Hot Set Productions specializes in construction and design of sets, scenery and props for the film industry, while Reece Restoration specializes in historic home reconstruction.

What is your pricing policy?
Reece Restoration makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information and prices during the bidding process. Nevertheless, the prices quoted are subject to change at any time due after thirty days of the original estimate due to the ever-changing prices of materials and construction labor. Our usual payment policy is 1/3 at the beginning of the project, 1/3 at the halfway point, and the final 1/3 upon completion.

How long does a project take?
Obviously, every job has it's own time-schedule, but experience has shown us that even the most major home restoration project can usually be completed in under ninety days.

I live in another state. Can Reece Restoration travel to my area?
Although we are based in Central Florida, we have had on occasion had to travel around the globe to complete projects. Have hammer -- will travel.
